Plant gum derived from Senegalese Acacia trees. In contact with air, it hardens.
The main ingredient is polisaharide - arabina.
In liquid form, the arabic gum is colorless or yellow, thick and sticky. In the solid state it creates irregular, yellow or light amber pieces with cracked entrapment. It is easily crushed.
